Upon receipt of all
pretrial submissions on the record before this court, the following
PRETRIAL SUMMARY
JUDGMENT / DIRECTED VERDICT IS HERE RENDERED, the jury being present.
After review of all submissions and upon the
facts presented to this court, it has been determined upon the laws which
restrict this court, and the facts attested to by all parties represented, that
a directed verdict is appropriate in ruling by this court instructing the jury
to return a specific verdict because the evidence presented is sufficient, upon
the face of facts pled and the laws governing this court of justice, and that
no jury after deliberation and no evidence to the contrary is sufficient to support
a different outcome.

FACTS UPON THE RECORD BEFORE THIS COURT:

This court having
received from counsel for prosecution the following BILL OF INDICTMENT moving
this court for pretrial hearing and trial in the case
now before this court as follows:

THE CYRUS DECEPTION
-
The scriptures, that are 'said' to speak of
Cyrus, only apply to the Messiah, not a secular Prince of Persia.
-
This was a lie told to Cyrus by the leaders
of Israel to gain an early release which was not to come until they repented as
required by God in the Law of Moses, Leviticus Chapter 26.
-
This is what faithful Daniel was up against,
not seeing that required repentance before God would remember the land. So,
Daniel was shown the truth that their redemption would not come until after
THREE more empires would rule the Holy Lands of Promise.
-
The shekinah glory of God never returned to
the newly rebuilt temple as the result of that unauthorized early
transgressors' return. And because there is still no repentance as of now, the
illegal, by the Law of Moses, state is put there by transgressors of the law
and out of the timing of God's Messiah coming to bring the TRUE REDEMPTION WITH
HIM.

Thus, the original is easy to see what it
stated before the transgressors' intervention, to change the script per their
motives to return in the face of Daniel's clear understanding that they were
NOT in any condition to return. This is stated in Daniel 9:13, he indeed NOT returning with them, according to Daniel 10:13.

Here is what it said, BEFORE they inserted

First, we consider:

"Isaiah 44:28
That saith of my anointed, he is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to
Jerusalem, Thou shalt be built; and to the temple, Thy foundation shall be
laid."

Second, we consider:
"Isaiah 45:1-3
1 Thus saith the Lord to his anointed, whose
right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved
gates; and the gates shall not be shut;
2 I will go before thee, and make the crooked
places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder
the bars of iron:
3 And I will give thee the treasures of
darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the
Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel."

Isaiah 44:5 tells it
all.

"Isaiah 44:5 One shall say, I am the
Lord's; and another shall call himself by the name of Jacob; and another shall
subscribe with his hand unto the Lord, and surname
himself by the name of Israel."

after they made the change to then go to Cyrus, with their appeal for an early

MOREOVER, ANY LEADERS, BOTH JEW OR GENTILE,
THAT HAVE SOUNDED THE UNCERTAIN CALL TO GO UP, OUT OF TIME SINCE 1948, ARE
FALSE AND LYING PROPHETS.

This court finds after full consideration of
the facts and laws cited therein as movant pleads and after considering all
facts and pleading as true under legal rule. This court hereby orders and moves
to be put on the record, its final decision in this case with directed verdict
most favorable to the prosecution.

Moreover, it has been noted that other
pretrial submissions have been submitted to this court and remain upon the record with nothing contained and offered in those
filings that impact this court decision otherwise. Those submissions are
herewith attached as memorandum to this order.

IF YOU HAVE EVER WONDERED WHAT THE APOSTLE
PAUL WAS TALKING ABOUT IN (II THESSALONIANS 2), as to WHAT he meant by the
"MYSTERY OF INIQUITY" in verse 7 . . . HERE IT IS:

THE QUESTION IS:
-
Have you been supporting THAT INIQUITY, as it
currently exists, in the Holy Land???
-
Let us examine - THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM?
-
That MYSTERY is NOW exposed in this:
-
"KNOWING THAT THE ALMIGHTY CONTROLS ALL
THINGS . . . but using that truth to
one's advantage, in order to acquire what THEY want.
-
Thus, the reasoning proceeds . . .

"IF WE BUILD IT. .
. HE WILL COME. IF WE BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME. . . IS IT NOT THE ALMIGHTY THAT
HAS DONE THIS?"

However, that is not the whole story. Let us
look at what the Prophet Isaiah stated about that:

"Isaiah 28:15-19
15 Because ye have said, We have made a
covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing
scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies
our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold,

17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and

disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing
scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it.
19 From the time that it goes forth it shall
take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and
it shall be a vexation only to understand the report."

The captain of this ship is THE ALMIGHTY. The
PRINCE IS FIRST MATE UNDER THE CAPTAIN to work the
mechanics of the WILL of the MASTER.

My 10th great grandfather John Edward Clark
was the first mate to pilot the Mayflower under Captain Jones. I believe he
took his firstborn son Thomas, being 20 years of age and ready to learn the trade under the guidance of his dad. Thomas lived until
98 years in Plymouth and was erroneously accredited to be the pilot of the
ship, when he was only a pilot in training.

The ALMIGHTY speaks to us in types. It is
part of the frame of reference He gives to understand those things we otherwise
would have no way of comprehending. All the Law and the Prophets speak to us in
that way, if we have ears to hear. All of creation speaks to us in the same
manner, if we have eyes and ears to perceive it.
-
The Spirit man is provided those sensory
values above and beyond this physical existence. We are brought into the world a physical being as all other
beasts. But upon one's Spiritual birth, all things are perceived with greater
awareness and understanding.
-
We are in convergence with the SOURCE from
which all emanates, a meeting of the minds with ours
and the ONE that brought us forth. HIS WILL becomes our will.
-
BUT INIQUITY IS to know that truth of
enlightenment, YET USE IT, so that one achieves THEIR WAY and SAYS, "IS
NOT THE ALMIGHTY WITH US IN DOING WHAT WE ARE DOING?"
-
However, THE TEST IS THIS, the Second Great
Commandment, as to HOW . . . is it affecting others? AND . . . DOES IT PRODUCE
LIFE OR DEATH?
-
The First of the Two Great Commandments, upon
which all the Law and the Prophets hinge, is FEAR OF THE ALMIGHTY. This means
to REVERE AND HONOR His Sovereign and Omnipotent power ABOVE ALL ELSE.
-
In doing so, ALL THE COMMANDMENTS ARE
FULFILLED because it is HIM THAT IS DOING IT. It is not we ourselves. Thus, the
whole duty of man is to do just that . . . FEAR THE ALMIGHTY.
.
This is the ETERNAL AND EVERLASTING TRUTH
that will bring TRUE PEACE AND BLESSING TO ALL.

The alleged, "fallen nature of
man," is not fallen at all. Man, just hasn't come
to MATURITY yet, until HE, THAT IS THE FIRST, IS WAVED OVER THE REST OF THE
CROP.
-
We are near the end of the 6th day of
creation, in which mankind will finally be made anew, as the physical and
Spiritual work of art HE intended us to be.
-
That REDEMPTION IS now upon us.
-
All religions, in one way or another, have
their own LADDER to reach that unreachable REDEMPTION. Your cabal / religion .
. . tree of life you hold to, in essence, is the "alleged" MYSTERY,
where one is instructed toward acquiring the ultimate HEAVEN / NIRVANA /
UTOPIA.
-
In the Jewish cabal, it is called THE TREE OF
LIFE. This starts with the basic physical beast nature,
into which we are born, physically aware of our existence. That is called Malchut, the progression up that tree is extended to a few
chosen. They then teach others, via devotion and study of ORAL TORAH, HOW TO
REACH THAT ULTIMATE GOAL OF ONENESS WITH THE ALMIGHTY'S MINDSET.

Thus arriving,
empowers one with the equal authority as the Almighty
himself. THAT ULTIMATE GOAL IS BELIEVED TO BE ENTERING THE SANCTUARY OF THE
ALMIGHTY WHEN THE "KETER" IS ACHIEVED. It is upon that position
CLAIMED, that one's own will and the Almighty's WILL is one and the same.

However, the full truth of the matter:
-
IT DEPENDS ON THE SECOND GREAT COMMANDMENT TO
MEASURE THE RESULTS.
-
Does that WILL, produce life or death???
BECAUSE . . . WHAT ONE IS ACTUALLY CLIMBING IS THE TREE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF
GOOD AND EVIL. AND . . . THAT . . . CAN GO EITHER WAY.
-
Fellas, you have climbed the wrong tree by
your own works. If you waited as you were told, the Almighty WOULD INVITE YOU
IN. This would not be up the stairs the hard way. Rather, it would be the free
ride, THE PROPER ELEVATOR, which comes from the PROMISED ANOINTED REDEEMER.
